Kristi began as an intern at LifeStance and had the opportunity to work with a wide range of diverse clients with challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship issues, and more. She works from a strengths-based perspective to empower individuals to gain the confidence to work through challenges and live authentic lives. She uses practices such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness and insight therapy. Kristi believes in creating a safe and non-judgmental environment where clients can openly express themselves without fear of criticism.
