She often incorporates Creative Therapy Techniques such as art, creative writing, poetry, and music.
Mother of three. She has a 16-year-old daughter, two sons 12 years old and 21 months old. Her 21-month-old was born with Congenital Heart Disease (CHD). This experience has made her understand how challenging it can be to deal with life stressors that are completely out of one’s control.
USAF Veteran. Bachelor's in Psychology from the University of Phoenix and a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. She is currently enrolled at North Central University pursuing a Ph.D. in Philosophy of Psychology with a specialty in Counseling Psychology.
