Alexandra Gray is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor in Georgia who began practicing in 2022. Her main focus areas are Anxiety, Neurodivergence, Autism Spectrum and ADHD, OCD, the LGBTQIA community, and depression. A significant portion of her work deals with navigating complexities and liminal spaces around neurodivergence, building emotional awareness and regulation in persons who tend to rely on their intellect and overcontrol, and individuals who grew up chasing the love and approval of unavailable caregivers. Alexandra has the Autism-Informed Professional certification and prioritizes taking continuing education classes to better serve her clients. Her customized approach draws from CBT, Interpersonal, Attachment-Based, ERP, Solution-Focused, play, and creative therapies. Alexandra is a graduate of Hampshire College and Mercer University. In her spare time, she enjoys creative writing, PC gaming, learning, and spending time with loved ones.
