About Anna Ingram, MA, LPC

Anna Ingram is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She earned a Bachelor of Science (cum laude) degree from Oral Roberts University. She attended graduate school at Liberty University where she obtained a Master of Arts degree in Professional Counseling. Anna is a member of the Licensed Professional Counselors Association of Georgia (LPCAGA). She is a veteran of the United States Air Force. Her work has included therapeutic services to clients at community service out-patient clinics as well as at shelters for children/adolescents and women and children in multicultural settings. Anna has worked with all ages, individuals, couples, and families.

Her counseling approach is non-judgmental wherein Anna seeks to establish worthy relationships with clients that will provide a safe environment so that thoughts and feelings can be discovered, explored and processed with honesty and openness. Anna helps clients to understand that every person has the capacity to act or exert positive power in one’s own life to make choices that will create the narrative they desire that will lead to a better life. In consideration that each person is unique, Anna uses modalities of therapy from an eclectic approach that may include but not be limited to Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Person Centered Therapy (PCT), and Reality Therapy (RT).
