I am honored to have the opportunity to help individuals lead a life of greater authenticity, compassion, and self-efficacy. Because I value having authentic connections with each client, I will ensure that you feel important, heard, and valued. My therapy style is warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental. I utilize an integrative approach to therapy, including elements of interpersonal neurobiology, acceptance and commitment therapy, relational life therapy, mindfulness, attachment research, the Gottman method, and various trauma-based interventions. I specialize in working with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, shame, low self-esteem, negative body image, relationship challenges, spirituality, communication difficulties, and parenting.
