About Brittany Ward, APC, NCC

Hi, I’m Brittany. I am a licensed therapist and messy human who helps other messy humans have healthier relationships with themselves and others. I believe that hope and healing are possible when we press into our pain with curiosity, courage, kindness, and compassion. With purpose and intentionality, I seek to ensure that every client feels seen, understood, and valued. My work focuses on helping people embrace imperfection, moderate their emotions, set healthy boundaries, communicate more effectively, and choose behaviors that align with their values. In my practice, I use techniques and interventions from various therapeutic modalities such as acceptance and commitment therapy, interpersonal neurobiology, relational life therapy, and the Gottman method. I am skilled in working with issues related to anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, body image, perfectionism, codependency, relational discord, communication, spiritual concerns, parenting, and grief. I take a collaborative, holistic approach to treatment and will coordinate with other providers to increase patient support, advocacy, and outcomes. Regardless of the issue that has prompted you to seek help, I would be honored to journey alongside you as you cultivate a life of intention, authenticity, and connection. Hope and healing are always possible, and I would love to help you get there.
