About Cara O’Brien-Smith, LCSW

Cara O’Brien-Smith is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Georgia who has been practicing since 2015. Cara has experience in working with all different populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Her areas of expertise include stress and anxiety, motivation, self-esteem, depression, self-love, and co-dependency challenges. Cara also has experience working with clients on workplace challenges, career difficulties, parenting, family conflicts/dynamics, behavior modification, social phobias, attention deficit and social phobias. Cara has a way of building rapport with clients to make them feel comfortable and in a safe environment to express freely their challenges, fears, and insecurities without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. Cara is here to support and empower you in that journey. Outside of work, Cara enjoys traveling, playing pickleball, and spending time with her family and her two dogs.
