Provider type: Therapist
Erin has a wide range of experience including individual, group, couples, and family therapy. She believes the relationship developed between patient and therapist is the most important tool of therapy. She works with patients in meeting their therapeutic goals through the use of encouragement, education, and compassionate and empathetic challenges. Erin recognizes the work of therapy and does not begin and end in the therapist's office and, therefore, uses homework assignments and other measures of accountability for practicing the tools of therapy outside of their therapist's office.
