I believe we all need to be supported with compassion, understanding, patience and cultural awareness during those difficult moments when it is hard to simply ask for help. I am here to help and provide support. Where you allow your mind to go your body follows. I specialize in family counseling, depression, anger management, trauma counseling, addiction counseling, mood disorders, serious and persistent mental illness, other serious mental health disorders, and transitional services for military personnel re-entering their communities.
