Holly Floyd is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with over 6 years of counseling experience working with clients who have mental health diagnoses ranging from anxiety, depression, & ADHD to bipolar disorder, substance abuse, & schizophrenia. In addition to individual counseling, Holly also works with couples, families, and other relational groups in an effort to increase harmony and manage conflict within those relationships.
Holly also specializes in the processing and management of PTSD, Acute Stress Disorder, and grief. She is certified in EMDR Therapy and has obtained Trauma Center-Trauma Sensitive Yoga credits along with having attended other trauma focused trainings. Holly uses an eclectic and collaborative approach to aid her clients in the management of symptoms that follow traumatic experiences.
Holly loves animals, humor, music, and art. When not cultivating her therapy practice Holly can be found playing with her dog Walter, practicing yoga, gardening, and laughing.
