About Jana Mastrogiovanni, LPC

Jana is a licensed professional counselor (LPC) who has worked in many different settings with a variety of populations. She has specialized training in addictions, trauma, eating disorders, smoking cessation and cancer support, and health promotion. She enjoys building genuine relationships with her clients and believes it to be a priority. Jana has worked primarily with young adults, and also enjoys working with adolescents and older adults. She utilizes multiple approaches in her therapeutic session, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Relapse Prevention, and Mindfulness-based interventions.
