About Jeremy Fox, LPC

Jeremy Fox is an Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) practitioner who is passionate about treating complex PTSD and trauma, in addition to anxiety and depression. He believes you can become your best self, when you leave the pain of your past behind. He brings a trauma-informed, collaborative approach to therapy. He helps clients find their strengths and build new skills so that the past does not interfere with their present or future success. As an EMDR therapist, he helps clients overcome intrusive memories by reducing the emotional vividness of these recollections.
