Kashmira Parekh is a board-certified psychiatrist at Georgia Behavioral Health Professionals working in the Bradley Park office. Dr. Parekh has a special interest in women's issues including but not limited to abuse, trauma, abandonment, post-partum depression, peri and post-menopausal states. Dr. Parekh also works with adults with: Bipolar disorder, Anxiety disorder, ADHD and many more. Dr. Parekh has been happily married for over 40 years. She is a proud mother of 2 daughters and grandmother of 4. She enjoys traveling, gardening and all aspects of nature.
Dr. Parekh is a graduate with a Medical Doctor degree from University of Bombay in 1968. She completed Psychiatric Residency training at Emory University School of Medicine in 1977. Dr. Parekh holds Licensure in Georgia, New York, Maryland, and Virginia.
