Provider type: Therapist
Serving: Adolescents and Adults
Kimberly believes in encouraging and empowering others to overcome difficulties faced from all of life’s challenges. Her primary therapeutic background is cognitive behavioral; however, she believes that there is not a “one size fits all” approach to therapy. With over 20 years’ experience providing behavioral management and mental health services, Kimberly utilizes integrative therapy techniques in order to meet the individualized treatment needs of each person. Special clinical interests include counseling individuals with issues related to depression, anxiety, anger management, relationship issues, grief or loss, personal growth/improvement, developmental/transitional concerns, military family transitions, and substance related issues. Kimberly strives to promote a safe, comfortable, non-judgmental, and interactive approach to treating individuals, couples, adolescents, and families.
