She is looking to help motivated individuals work on personal growth and support them as they face life’s challenges. She has been working in this field for 11 years and offers individual counseling services that specialize in treating a wide range of mental health issues, such as depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, life transitions, substance abuse and relationship problems. Marisa uses evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and solution-focused therapy. She is passionate about helping her clients to reach their goals and find the strength and courage to make the changes needed to live a healthier and more fulfilling life. Marisa believes in providing a safe and non-judgmental environment so that her clients can feel comfortable sharing their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. her goal is to help you gain insight, build skills, and increase emotional resilience.
