Marisa uses evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and solution-focused therapy. She is passionate about helping her clients to reach their goals and find the strength and courage to make the changes needed to live a healthier and more fulfilling life. Marisa believes in providing a safe and non-judgmental environment so that her clients can feel comfortable sharing their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. her goal is to help you gain insight, build skills, and increase emotional resilience.
