Rachel understands worry can weigh you down and finding a work-life balance can be difficult. Utilizing empathy, understanding, and support, she aims to help you gain the skills to handle life's ups and downs in a healthy way.
In 2016, she completed a Masters in Professional Counseling. Working in private practice and psychiatric outpatient settings, Rachel has been able to come alongside folks facing a wide range of issues. Her experience includes helping individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, loss, anger, panic attacks and low self-esteem. She believes not only is each person is unique, but their experience with an issue is unique. Thus Rachel takes an individual approach to treatment, where clients are at the forefront of the therapeutic process.
