About Richard Highland, LPC

I am a Registered Nurse, Professional Counselor and Supervisor. My practice is holistic in nature and theoretically based. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral, Adlerian theories as well as Transactional Analysis. I can help clients with issues surrounding Depression, Anxiety, Addictions, Family issues, Anger and LGBTQ issues. Both career paths have been in the helping professions and work together in a holistic way.
