Rudi believes each client has the ability to live the life they feel is important to them. Through identifying goals the client feels is important to live their most successful and meaningful life, Rudi tailors her approach to meet each individual’s priorities. With Rudi, the goal is empowering others to live the life that changes maladaptive thoughts and behaviors that may hinder clients from achieving these goals toward freely living the life they desire. Her theoretical orientation is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy where Rudi believes that thoughts and behaviors directly impact how the client lives and approaches concerns. With this approach, Rudi focuses primarily on thoughts and how they correlate with dealing with stressors.
Rudi earned her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology at Clark Atlanta University, her Master of Social Work at Kennesaw State University, and her Master of Science in Christian Psychological Studies at Richmont Graduate University.
