About Sarah Fritz, Intern

Sarah Fritz is a Graduate Intern and is currently a second-year graduate student at Brenau University, pursuing a Master of Science in Clinical Counseling Psychology. She graduated from Concordia College in Moorhead MN in 2014 with a Bachelor’s in psychology and minor in music. Sarah has several years of experience in the mental health field, having worked in advocacy, social services, the emergency room and behavioral health facilities. Sarah believes in a holistic approach to well-being and feels passionately about meeting individuals where they are at and establishing connections through unconditional positive regard and authenticity. She utilizes an integrated and eclectic theoretical approach grounded in client-centered and neuropsychological perspectives. Sarah strives to support and empower clients as she walks beside them on their mental health journeys. She works with a broad range of clients including children/adolescents, adults, couples, and families struggling with a myriad of issues. Sarah’s main areas of focus include neurodevelopmental disorders (ADHD, ASD, Dyslexia), trauma/complex-PTSD, and gender/sexuality. In her spare time, Sarah enjoys reading, birding, yoga, video games, spending time with her partner, and cuddling with her many fur babies.
