Tacara has been a psychiatric nurse for 8 years working with both inpatient mental health and forensic patients. She has worked with members of interdisciplinary teams to carefully formulate individual recovery plans for patients suffering with anxiety, depression, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, PTSD, just to name a few. Throughout her nursing career, her passion for caring for these diagnosed with mental illnesses grew, and as a result she returned to school in 2016, successfully completing the program and graduating as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) in 2018. Tacara's ability to build rapport with her patients is notable and she strives to provide the best quality patient and family care. Tacara is a single mother of 2 (Girl 13, Boy 5) born in the U.S. but raised in Mannhiem, Germany. Her hobbies include singing, traveling, watching "Impractical Jokers", and spending time with friends and family.
