About Tracy Carmichael, LPC

My therapeutic approach is positive, growth oriented and individualized because, while difficult experiences may inform and teach, they don't have to define us. Sessions may include aspects of Mindfulness and Guided Medication, Neuroplasticity, Solution Focused, Cognitive, and Trauma Informed therapy to help individuals overcome or better manage symptoms of Anxiety, Depression, Adjustment and Trauma Related Disorders. I can also provide therapy and counseling to augment medical treatments for complex or co-occurring disorders such as ADD, ADHD, Addiction, OCD, Mood and other Personality Disorders.
