Throughout my career, I have championed behavioral health and promoted patient outcomes through use of person-centered, solution-focused, open dialogue, motivational interviewing, and strength based approaches. I have assisted my patients in reaching their goals, by providing them with a safe and supportive space for self-expression, promoting self-empowerment, and assisting the patient in finding solutions to their problems. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the foundation for healing and its an honor to take the journey with my patients.
My practical experience is complemented by a Master of Arts, in Professional Counseling and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation, obtained in November 2005 from Argosy University. I obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts in May 2002 from The Atlanta College of Art, now Savannah College of Art and Design.
